Timing of moves is important if you miss a move, you may find yourself vulnerable and your opponent will be able to perform his (potentially quite nasty) attack. Sculptured Software has cleverly prevented WWF in Your House from becoming a mindless fireball fest by pressing buttons or moving the joypad. Some characters can pull out various objects, such as chairs, cards and tombstones, and hit their opponents over the head with them. Sculptured Software, the game's designers, have also added a number of moves you're less likely to see on TV, such as fireballs and stun attacks. There are none of the hyper-complicated 'twist the joypad five times and then press the seventh kick button with your foot' moves for which most beat-em-ups are famous most of these can be performed comfortably with the keyboard. These are executed by the usual sequence of keystrokes, some but not all of which are listed in the manual. In WWF wrestling, each wrestler has his own signature moves, such as the Undertaker's Tombstone slam, and all of them have been faithfully duplicated in WWF in Your House.
